Super Bowl Sunday
My Sunday morning began at 9:10 a.m. by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 9:48 I then fixed myself an egg cup with a toasted english muffin. At 10:00 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before giving the pharmacy a call to see if my script is ready. At 10:18 I then washed my dishes. Once they were put away, I then took two puffs of my inhaler. Once I had put my nose drops in, I then went to the fitness room. At 10:40 I then cycled for twenty minutes. After going 2.92 miles, I then stood on the incline board so as to stretch my calves. At 11:12 I then did three sets of twenty on the chest press. At 11:15 I had grabbed the ten pound bar before grabbing the seven pound dumbbells. At 11:25 I then went walking around the hallway before returning to my apartment at 11:35. I continued with my stretches that have helped me since having my last stroke. At 11:47 I then began to do my back stretches. At 12:00 I then took a shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I then did some reading, before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:25-2:30. Once I had made myself a salad, I then sat down to eat. At 3:00 I then lied down to rest once again. While laying there, I had called my parents. I then eventually went to the village green to eat. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my apartment to take a shower. After doing so, I then pulled up my blog so as to type of my day before watching the super bowl between the Chiefs and 49ers.
