Working in then computer lab with Tobie during my recreational therapy session

My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so I then fixed myself a cup of hot cocoa to go with my fruit. At 5:17 I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a half toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating I then brushed my teeth and shaved before washing my dishes and picking up the kitchen. At 6:00 I then made my way to the fitness room. After a twenty cycling adventure, I Did three sets of twenty presses on the chest press. At 6:30 I then grabbed the dumbbells to continue my weight exercises. At 6:35 I then returned to my apartment so as to continue my workout. At 6:35 I then began to do the stretches that I have been doing each morning since having my last stroke. At 6:48 I then began to do my back stretches. At 7:00 I then showered and got ready for my day ahead. At 7:10 I then put a heat pack on my back. At 7:20 I had put my eye and nose drops in before taking two puffs of my inhaler. At 7:30 I then watched the news before going to the Camden living room to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. While waiting I had given Mark a copy of the menu from the restaurant we had gone to yesterday in Augusta, Five Guys. At 9:15 United Wheelchair had arrived to take me to WestSide. Upon my arrival at 9:30, I had sat in the lobby waiting for my first therapy. At 10:00 I then made my way into the Tobie's office. We then went to the computer lab to work on my book, using the program spark that I had purchased. Tobie first had me type the steps in google docs, so that I could get into the spark program myself. We then began to copy and paste documents from word in spark. At 11:00 I then went to Sally's office. During  our nursing session, we had taken the time to go over to optometric associates to fix the lenses on my glasses fixed. Upon our arrival to WestSide at 11:45, we went back to WestSide to work on some other medical issues. At 12:00 David from United Wheelchair had picked me up from WestSide. Upon my arrival back, I had made myself a bite to eat. At 1:00 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept three and one- half hours before waking at 4:30. I then. took a shower before going to the village green to eat. After doing so, I then.    Returned to my apartment at 6:15. Once I was comfortable, brushed my teeth, I then pulled up blog and typed of my day.
