Watching a crash real on Kevin Pierce
My Thursday morning began at 7:00 a.m. by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 7:27 I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 7:46 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 8:03 I then washed my dishes. I then cracked my ice trays so as to fill my water bottle. I then cleaned my bathroom before making out a grocery list. At 8:40 a friend had called. We spoke briefly, I then began to do my stretches that have helped me each morning since having my last stroke. At 9:00 as I was taking my laundry to the laundry room to start a wash, Marilyn came in to clean my apartment. Once I had my wash going, I then went to the fitness room to cycle for ten minutes. At 9:15 I then held a calf stretch. At 9:17 I then had gabbed the ten pound bar to do some weight exercises. At 9:20 I then used the chest press. After three sets of twenty. At 9:40 I then called WestSide. Do to the in climate weather all transportation was cancelled. I was to go in from 2-6 today so as to watch a movie on Kevin Pierce, a scow boarder who had a snow boarding accident and received a traumatic brain injury. At 9:50 Marilyn finished cleaning my apartment. She let me know that I had some phone calls while I was gone. At 10:08 I then called Lynsey the hostess to let her know that I would need to eat at noon today, because I would not be here this evening. I then spoke to my mother briefly before taking a shower. At 11:00 I then put my wash in the dryer. I then returned to my apartment to watch some television while waiting to go to the village green and eat. Upon my arrival to the village green at 12:15, I had eaten my lunch. On my way back to my apartment, I had stopped by the laundry room to get my laundry. At 12:56 I had folded it and put it away. At 1:30 Dan from WestSide had picked me up to go to WestSide. I had arrived there at 1:35. Upon our arrival we had watched a crash real on Keven Pierce and how he received a traumatic brain injury in a snow boarding accident. As I was watching the real I had flash backs of my ski accident. It was so intense at some point, I had to leave the room. Erin then had us doing a meditation. At 5:13 Erin and Becca had pizza for us to eat. At 5:40 we then did another relaxation before leaving. At 5:52 John took me back. I had arrived at 6:37. Once I was in my apartment I had taken a shower before pulling up my blog at 6:45. I then typed of my day.
