My Monday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by drinking my cocoa and eating some fruit. I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 6:30 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. Once I had washed my dishes, at 7:00 I then began to do my stroke and back stretches. At 7:15 I then took a shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. At 7:30 I then put my eye and nose drops in before taking in some air.
