A call from Larry Hubble from Christian Record.
I began my Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. Having the day off, do to the holiday, I thought I might catch up on some much needed sleep. Once I was a wake, I then got up and began to do my strtetching routine. I then went to the kitchen at 9:30 to eat my breakfast. I then was back in my bedroom to continue with my weight exercises. At 10:30 I then went downstairs to ride for thirty minutes. At 11:00 I then made my way back to my bedroom to take a shower and to get ready for the rest of the day. At 11:50 I then lied down to rest. I was so tired I slept for three hours. I then got up at 2:50 to eat a light snack of crackers and cheeze and egg nog to tide me over until it was time to eat dinner. At 3:15 I then back to my bedroom to begin doing my stretching and weight routine. At 4:15 I then rode the swin for thirty minutes. After my shower I then took reading in my air flo meter 480, 450,460. Once I had eaten dinner, I then went to my bedroom to blog. As I was blogging Larry Hubble called. He is the representative from Christian Record Services that picked me up at the airport last year while out in Michigan's Winter camp for the blind and visually impaired. He was wondering why I had not sent in my application to winter camp yet. I then proceded to let him know I had a stroke May 2nd of last year. At 6:45 I then took another reading with my peak flo meter. 480,470,440. I then went to bed.
