Getting my eyes diolated at Dr. Beal's

I began my Monday morning at 6:00 a.m. by doing my stretching and weight routine. Once I had taken my shower I then went to the kitchen to eat an egg sandwhich for breakfast. Once I had finished eating I then brushed my teeth. At 8:30 I then left for Doctor Beal's office with my father. Upon arrivel I went in the office and checked in. I was soon taken. I first read the eye chart I then had my eyes diolated. Once they were ready Doctor beal came in to check them out. I then had had pictures taken of my eyes. Once my eye appointment was finished I then went over to visit my friend Greg who lives at Odd fellows Nursing facility in Auburn. I use to visit him quite often before my stroke when I lived in Auburn. All the CNA's there wer happy to see me. It remined me of my days at d'youville. I soon arrived home at 1:30. I then went inside to lie down to rest. I slept for two hours before getting up at 3:30. I then went downstairs to ride for thirty minutes. I then went back up to my bedroom at 4:10 to continue my workout, by doing my stretching and weight exercises. After my shower I then went to the kitchen to eat my salad with my parents and then dinner at 5:15. Once I had finished eating, I then went to my bedroom to blog, before calling my friend Tim. I might have mentioned he is a blind individual who lives with his grandmother. We had meet at WestSide Neouro rehab services. I then soon called it a day.
