Shoveling the first measurable snow fall
I began my Friday morning at 8:30 a.m. by getting to eat my breakfast, before exercising. I then went downstairs to ride for thirty minutes. First I took a reading with my peak flo meter. The results this moring were; 490, 410, 470. At 9:45 I then went to my bedroom to do my weight exercises. At 10:10 I then put my laundry away. At 10:30 I then went outside to shovel the deck. We have not heard that word to often this season. Thank goodness it was at a warm enough temperature to melt as I was shoveling. I then went inside at 11:00 to wash dish's. At 11:15 I then went to my bedroom to stretch. After my shower I then cleaned my bathroom before starting a load of laundry. At 12:20 I then made myself a wrap for lunch. At 12:45 I hung laundry to dry. At 12:50 I then took another reading with my peak flo meter. This time the numbers were; 470,460,460. At 1:00 I lied down to rest. I slept until 3:00 before getting up to ride at 3:15. After thirty minutes I then went to my bedroom to do my weight exercises and stretch. After my shower I then took another reading with my peak flo meter. This time the numbers were; 480,430,450. I then sat down to blog before eating dinner. I then soon called it a day.
