working out with the nu step

I began my moring at 7:00 a.m. by eating hot cereal and toast and drinking my hot cocoa. At 7:20 I then went to my bedroom to do my stretching and weight exercises. At 8:00 I then I then took my shower continuing to get ready for my day ahead. Upon my arrivel to WestSide I meet with Brian to talk about things that went on during the week and other things. At 11:00 I had my p.t. session with Amanda. Today I first did twenty minutes on the Nu Step. I burned 123 cal. I went 1.39 miles. Average watts 82. Amanda then had me in the parallel bars doing leg raises and squats. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch with others Once I had finished my lunch I then left for home with Donald on United. I was so tired I slept all the way home. Once I arrived home I slept another three hours. At 4:15 I then got up to stretch and do my weight exercises. I then took my shower before eating dinner at 5:45. At 6:45 I then sat down to blog thus calling it a day.
