I began my Wednesday morning at 5:30 by stretching. I then went to the kitchen to eat waffles for breakfast, while drinking my cocoa. At 7:45 I then went to my bedroom to brush my teeth. I then continued stretch and do my weight exercises. At 8:20 took a shower before staring a load of laundry. At 9:05 I then hung the laundry to dry. At 9:20 I was then on my way to WestSide on United Wheelchair. Upon my arrivel for 11:00 a.m. I had my p.t. session with Amanda. Today she had me doing two trials on the tredmill. I first did one lap 2 miles per hour. which came to 7.43 miles. The second trial I walked 19.14 miles. which averages out to betwo-thirds mile at 2 mph. During 12-1:45 I then had lunch. At 12:45 I then had my case management session with Piper. She had me signing papers. At 1:00 I then went to support group we talked to Nancy and Deb about group guidelines. We then read a card recovery. Then one client made up saying "The needs of many outway the needs of one." We then talked about independence, healthy independence, recovery, acceptance, and expectation. What does it mean to recover? At 2:00 I then went home.
