Thank goodness I did not have to use my inhaler. The reason being I was not standing. At 12:00 I then went to eat lunch in the dining area. At 1:00 Dick from United took Donald and I home. I arrived home at 3:00. Once inside I immediately rode the swin for thirty minutes. I then called my neourologists office for my blood level results. My results were 9.7 and the norm is between 8-12. Once off the telephone I then began to do my stretching. At 4:00 I then took my shower before sitting down to blog. I then went to the kitchen to eat my dinner. I then soon called it a day.
