Eye exame with Doctor Beal.

I began my Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. by doing my stretching and routine. I then did three blows into my peak flo meter. The results: 470,440,430. I then went to the kitchen to have toast dunked in hot cocoa for breakfast. I then went back to my bedroom to do my weight exercises. At 9:00 I then took my shower, thus getting ready for my day ahead. My parents and I were soon on our way to Lewiston to Doctor Beals office. Upon our arrivel for my 11:00 a.m. appointment, I first sat in the waiting area to fill out forms. At 11:10 I then had my eyes examined. I then meet with Doctor Beal. To talk about my health in general and my vision over all. At 11:50 I then had my field of vision tested. Doctor Beal then looked at my exam before sitting down to chat. she will not only be setting me up with a new pair of glasses, but a pair of reading/computer glasses as well. At 12:15 I then tried on frames. After my appointment; mom,dad, and I went to staples to get some office supplies for my mother. At 1:30 we then went to the SSI office. At 1:50 we left for home. Along the way we stopped off at a store in Turner to get a slice of pizza for lunch. At 2:00 We stopped off at rite aid in Farmington before eventually arriving home. Once inside, I then went to my bedroom to begin doing my stretching and weight routine. At 4:20 I took another reading with my peak flo meter. This time the numbers were as follows; 450,400,480. At 4:50 I then took a shower before dinner. I then sat down to eat with my parents. At 6:15 I then called my friend Tim to talk. We talked for an hour. I then had some bread pudding. I then brushed my teeth before taking another reading on my peak flo meter. 510,450,470. I then sat down to blog.Thus calling it a day.
