The first big snow of the season
I began my Thursday morning at 8:00 a.m. by eating my breakfast before starting my exercise routine. At 8:30 I then began to ride for thirty minutes. I then made my way back to my bedroom to begin my weight workout. which usually takes me about thirty minutes to complete. My last part of my workout is my stretching. Another thirty minutes. After my shower I then cleaned my bathroom before starting a load of laundry. At 10:50 I then washed what dish's that were in the sink that normally would not be put into the dish washer. I then continued to make my bed At 11:20 I hung the laundry to dry. I then began a dark load. At 11:30 I made myself a wrap for lunch. Once I had finished eating I then left a message for Dan on facebook thanking him for lunch the other day. I then took an air flo reading 450,450,470 were the results for this afternoon. At 12:20 I then lied down to rest. I slept until 3:00 before getting up to ride for thirty minutes. At 3:40 I then went to my bedroom to do my weight exercises and to do my stretching. At 4:40 I took my shower before sitting down to blog. I then took another air flo reading before signing off for the day, and the readings were 490, 410, 470.
