Exercising at the ywca in the pool
I began my Tuesday morning at 8:00 a.m. by eating my breakfast. I had some hot ceareal and some toast. I then went into my bedroom to first take a reading with my air flo meter. and the numbers were; 460,430,470. I then proceded to stretch and do my weight exercises. At 9:30 I then continued to get ready for my day ahead. Once I had taken my shower, I then gathered my things to put in my swim bag. suit, t-shirt towell, and swim shoes. I then waited for United to arrive to take me to WestSide. Upon my arrivel; Jon, Arnnie and I drove over to the YWCA to use the pool. Once in the pool Jon first had us stretching. Jon then had me walking back and fourth to see how laps I could do before getting tired. I was able to do four before I began to gasp for breath. We then sat on the noodle to relax. A group of us then passed the ball around to one another. We then went back to WestSide where I caught my ride home. I arrived home at 4:00. Immediatly taking a hot shower to get rid of the chill from the pool. I then sat down to blog before eating dinner. First I took an air flo reading. 370, 470, 460.
