Deb showed me how to access my interview on MPR

I began my Wednesday morning at 7;30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat a bowl of cereal and a toasted english muffin for my breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then went back to my bathroom to brush my teeth before riding the swin air dine for thirty minutes. Once I was done riding at 8;50 I then had put the wash in the dryer. I then went to my bedroom to do my weight exercises. At 9:10 I then went back downstairs to start another load of laundry. I then went to my bedroom to stretch. Once I had finished stretcheing, I then took my shower, thus getting ready for my day ahead. I then folded the load of laundry in the dryer, before putting the other load in to dry. I then put the folded laundry away. At 11:00 I then called my grandmother to talk. At 11:30 I then hung the laundry in the dryer on hangers and such to finish drying. Larry from United arrived shortly after doing so. I soon arrived to WestSide for my 1:00 p.m. support group meeting. D uring that time; Denise, Pete Tod, Tina, and I checked in with one another. I shared my breathing situation and how my appointment at the hospital went the other day. Then Deb was telling how to go on MPR Radio on line to listen to my Interview. Type in MPR Mine then click on Radio tv Then type in my name Troy in the Search bar in the right hand corner. It should then come up Brain Injury. At 2:00 I then had P.T. with Dan. He first took my blood pressure. 112 over 80. Dan then had me walking on the tredmill. I had burned 64.7 calories, in 14 minutes, walked 64.7 miles at 2.8 mpr. Dan then took my blood pressure 110 over 78. Dan then gave me some foot exercises to help with the tone in my foot. I arrived home at 4:30. Once I walked in the door I had eaten dinner. I then took my shower before sitting down to blog.
