Filling that gllass, WOW! what a task
I began my Thursday morning at 6:00 a.m. out in the kitchen by eating pancakes for breakfast. Once I had eaten some fruit and drank my hot cocoa, I then dug in. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth before beginning my workout. After spending twenty ninutes with my weights I then turned to my stretching. I was saying to my parents after dinner, am I ever going to recover fully. On what seems to be the home stretch of my recovery, feels like I am crawling from third base to home. At 7:15 I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. I then went to my bedroom to get ready for my day ahead. Once I had taken my shower and was totally ready to go for the day, Larry from United Wheelchair arrived shortly after at 9:00 a.m. I had arrived at WestSide at 10:15, thus going downstairs to put my lunch in the refrigerator. Once I had done so, I then went to Dr. Brian Ablitz office to work more on the bio feedback. At 11:00 I then went to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. Dan had first taken my blood pressure, 104 over 79. I then walked on the tredmill for fifteen minutes at 3.0 miles per hour. I had gone .7444 miles. Dan then took my blood pressure once again 110 over 74. Dan then put out six red and blue buckets used as cones in a line. The task was to fill a teaspoon with water and take it to an empty glass by weaving in and around the cones trying not to spill the water. It had taken me seven times to and from the sink before Dan told me stop. Dan then had me in the parallel bars doing toe raises, as Dan held the gate belt. At this point I was pretty much exhausted. It took a lot of consentration to fill that glass. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat lunch, with others. At 2:30 united then took me home. I had arrived home at 2:15, thus going straight to bed. I had slept from 2:15-4:44. I then took my shower before eating dinner with my parents. I then sat down to blog.
