Looking for cards 1-5 in the hall during P.T.

I began my Monday morning at 5:00 a.m. by stretching and doing my weight exercses, before going out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. My father had made me an omlet and toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then went back to my bedroom to take my shower and get ready to go to WestSide. Once I had cleaned my bathroom, I then sat down and practiced my speech and breathing exercises while waiting for United. John from United had arrived at 8:30, thus getting me to WestSide for 9:30. Upon my arrivel, I had made my way downstairs to put my lunch in the refrigerator and my sweat suit in s locker. I then sat down at a kitchen table to practice my speech exercises before making my way over to the gym for P.T. with Dan. Dan had first taken my blood preasure 100 over 70 before he had me in the parallel bars. Once in the parallel bars Dan had me dod some weight shifting from one leg to the other. Dan then had from a dech of cards the numbers 1-5 of hearts. He then placed them in the hall on the wall. He then had me walking around looking for them. Scanning up and down, as Dan followed me hanging on to the gate belt. After a fifteen minute break, I then had case mangement with Piper. During our session I had mentioned to her the migraine headache I had over the weekend. It is funny, while in the hospital the biggest question of the day was are experiencing any pain. My answer would always be no. since I have been at WestSide and more active, there is not a day that goes by I don't have some level of headache on a scale of one to ten. At 11:30 I then had my support session with Deb. During my session with Deb, I had mentioned to her my headache over the weekend. She had mentioned how it would be beneficial to keep track of when I do get them, so as to bring a journel to the doctor when I go to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Cener for my appointment. We then discussed the artical about me going out in the newspaper to advertise Goodwill. Deb and I then E mailed Tobie the rec theropist at WestSide, Telling I am interested in getting back into skiing this Winter. I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch with Mark, Paul, and some other clients. Once I had finished eating, I then went to the lobby to wait for Carina to come get me for speech. During speech Carina had me pracice my breathing. At 1:00 John from United took me home. I had arrived home at 2:15 thus going straight to bed. I was so tired, I had slept for two hours straight. I then got up, took my shower, then had dinner. my mothre had made a spaghetti casserole.Once I had finished eating, I then went to my bedroom to blog.
