Walking 1.04 miles on the tredmill during P.T.
I began my Thursday morning at 4:30 a.m. by getting up to do my stretching and weight exercises til 5:30 while watching the news. At 6:00 I then went to the kitchen for some hot cereal and english muffin for breakfast. I then brushed my teeth before going downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 7:00 I was then back to my room to take my shower and to get ready for my day ahead. I then took an air flo reading 500, 530, 470. once I gathered my things, I went to the door to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. Upon my arrivel to WestSide for 10:30 a.m. I had met with Dr Ablitz. We talked for thirty minutes I then went downstairs to the gym for P.T. Dan first took my blood pressure 108 over 78. I then walked 1.04 miles on the tredmill in 20:04. I then rode for ten minutes on level 3 and ten minutes on level 4. Dan then took my blood pressure again. 114 over 18. We then worked on coordination by ulternating my feet up and down in the parallel bars. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch. Once I had finished eating I then went to the lobby at 12:45 to meet my ride. I arrived home at 2:00 thus going straight to bed so as to rest. I had slept until 4:00 before gettin up to talk to a friend on the phone. At 4:30 I then sat down to type out my blog entree before eating dinner.
