working on our new recovery statement druing support group
I began my Wednesday morning at 8:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to a bowl of cereal, bananna, and a muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then went back to my bedroom to do my arm and leg exercises with weight. At 8:45 I then begain a load of laundry. I then went back upstairs to pick up the kitchen and wash what dish"s that were in the sink. At 9:00 I then went to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. I then made my way back downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 9:45 then hung the laundry to dry on the clothing rack downstairs. At 10:10 I then began to get ready to go to theropy by first taking my shower. Once I was ready I then begn to fill my armoire with clothing. At 10:15 I then had crackers and sardines for lunch. At 11:30 John from United showed up to take me to WestSide. I arrived at WestSide at 1:00. Upon doing so, I had gone straight to the conference room for suppot group with Deb and Jen. During Support after sharing our weekly happenings Todd, Denise, Dee Dee, and I then worked on our groups new recovery statement. At 2:00 I then went to P.T. with Dan. Dan first took my blood pressure as usual. 102 over 74. I then walked on the tredmill. burning 98.9 calories, on level 3.9, walking for 20.30 minutes, and going 1.011 miles. Dan then took my blood pressure, 118 over 72. Dan then had me in the parallel bars doing leg exercises. working on weight shifting. I have to say the calf in my right leg is finally firm. At 3:00 John from United took me home. I had arrived home at 4:15 thus taking my shower getting comfortable for the night. I then went into the kitchen to eat a nice warm bowl of soup.
