My Sunday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 6:15 I then two slices of french toast along with some french fries and some banana. At 6:50 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 7:30 I then watched Sunday Mass on television. At 7:30 I began to do my typing exercises.At 7:40 I began to do my constant therapy. At 8:10 I then went back to bed and slept until 11:40. As I was waking, my sister had arrived to say good-bye. At 12:00 I then made my bed before doing my back stretches. At 12:53 I then did my stretches that I have doing since I had my stroke. At 1:00 my mother had arrived home from church, and soon gave me communion. At 1:10 I had grabbed my dumbbells and began to work my upper body At 1:20 I then did my back stretches. At 1:25 I then used my hand grips squeezing them five times each for thirty seconds. At 1:45 I them shaved After doing so, I had cleaned my bathroom. At 2:52 I then ate my salad before having a slice of meat crust pie for dinner. At 3:55 I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 4:22 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
