Birds opening.

My Thursday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then shaved before taking my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:20 I had put in some eye drops before going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. After doing so I had a bowl of rice krispys while half of a toasted English muffin. At 6:45 then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and take a puff of my inhaler. I then took two Tylenol to help the pain in my head that I was experiencing at the moment. At 7:45 Ithen left for WestSide. I had arrived at 9:05. I had gone to the conference room to join guitar group. I was a little late, but like they say better late then never. Today Kassandra had us focusing on specific notes in order to practice a song. At 10:00 I then had my rehab session with Kala. Today she had help me with my e-mail. Deleting and making it so I do not receive that junk mail again. At 11:00 During my rehab session with Steven we practiced new moves in chess. “Birds Opening” was the move we practiced today the chess website. Next week I have to remember WHITE ON RIGHT QUEEN ON COLOR. At 12:00 I then left for home. I had arrived home at 1:15. Once I had eaten my lunch I then went to bed. I had slept from 1:30-3:30 before taking a shower. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day. 

Having a P.T. Eval

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then shaved before taking my shower. I then took two Tylenol to help with the pain that I was in with my back and head. At 6:00 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat a fruit cup while drinking my hot cocao. After doing so, I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a toasted English muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth, I then took in some air before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then went into the kitchen so as to help my father make my lunch.  At 7:15 I then sat down to wait for my ride. Upon my arrival to WestSide Neuro Rehab, I sat in the lobby to wait. At 9:00 Nancy came out to get me and the other visually impaired client for visually impaired group. We started talking about our week. We then went over some visually impaired guidelines on how to be safe. At 10:00 Danielle saw me for P.T. Evil. We had gone down to the gym. She had me lay on my back then onto my stomach. She had me lifting my legs and arms to see if pain would be caused in doing so. She then had me sitting doing the same thing. At then end of the session she said, “See you soon.” At 10:50 Danelle then walked with out to the lobby for my safety. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. Today Nurse Brenda filled in. We had spoke about places we would like to present. I then typed up a letter to send to these places while others addressed envelopes and continued with the discussion. At 12:00 During my case management session with Piper, she had me signing releases to give her permission to do things for me. At 12:15 I then left for home. Upon my arrival home at 1:15 I had eaten my lunch before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:38-3:30. I then took a shower before eating my dinner at 4:00. After doing so, I returned to my bedroom at 4:30 and typed in my daily blog entry.

Orange Juice on my cereal?

My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. At 6:00 I then shaved before taking my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. I had put my eye drops in before going into the kitchen to eat some fruit with a fruit dip. I then had a bowl of cereal with my English muffin. Funny thing I did not recognize the milk container and ended up grabbing the orange juice container and pouring that into my cereal bowl. That was the first time I had ever had orange juice over my chereos. I guess you know what I had done with my already pooped glass of orange juice, that is right, I poured it back. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth, put in my nose drops, and take in some air. Once I had put some clean laundry away, I then grabbed my Knapsack and out the door I went. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. I had met with the counselor. We continued chatting about things, as I continue to heal and get over my wombs and scars troubled from the past. At 10:00 during my recreational therapy time with tobie I had looked up a bread recipe and how to use yeast online and started to make a double bread with the bread maker. A two pound loaf. At 11:00 during expressive arts we had made a popsicle stick Christmas tree craft so as to hang on the Christmas tree. At 12:00 I then left for home. Upon my arrival home at 1:15, I then had eaten my lunch, brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:45-4:30 before waking. I then typed my blog entry before eating dinner with my father. What a day indeed. 

Joining Cog Skills Group

My Monday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so at I had shaved before taking my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead while drinking my hot cocao. At 6:30 I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip before having a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast. At 6:45 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth, put in my eyes and nose drop before taking in some air with my inhaler. I then grabbed my nap sack and walked out the door at 7:20 so as to meet United Wheelchair. I had arrived at WestSide Neuro Rehab at 9:00 a..m. Upon doing so I had gone strait to the conference room for news letter group. Today we had helped Jessica type up this months newsletter. At 11:00 I joined Jessica who was covering for cog skills group. Today we ha played Yahtzee with the other clients who were in the group. At 12:00 I then left for home. Upon my arrival at 1:19 I had eaten my lunch. I then brushed my teeth before leaving the house with my father. He had taken me to the shop to give me a haircut. At 2:10 we then left. We had stopped off at the P.O. to pick up some stamps before arriving at the chiropractors for 2:30. Once I had my back adjusted, Dr. Roberts said I was even. He then let me know that I do not have to come back until two weeks. That is the first time since I had that muscle spasm six weeks ago. At 2:54 We then left the doctors. We had arrived home at 3:10. I had gone straight to my bedroom so as to address some Christmas cards and put stamps on them. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.

Going for a walk with my sister

My Sunday morning Began at 8:30 a.m. by getting out of bed. Once I had washed and got myself clean, I had taken the sheets of the couch that I was sleeping at my sisters. At 9:00 My sister then made us eggs for breakfast for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth. After doing so, I had taken in some air with my inhaler before putting in my eye and nose drops. At 9:30 my sister and I then went for a walk. We then returned at 10:00 a.m. Once inside I then watched a Christmas movie on Halmark while waiting for my parents to arrive. At 11:26 we then left for home. We had arrived home at 1:30. After taking a shower, I then went into the kitchen at at 2:00 so as to eat my lunch. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth. At 2:30 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 4:00 before waking. At 4:30 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat dinner before returning to my bedroom at 5:09 I then pulled up my blog and began to type in todays entry.

Writing out Christmas cards at my sisters

My Saturday morning began at 8:40 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then shaved. At 9:00 I then spoke to my grandmother before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then took in some air before eating some toast for breakfast with peanut butter. At 9:40 I then brushed my teeth and washed my face before leaving with my sister at 10:30 to go shopping. We first went to Webs Bath Center. At 11:00 we then went to the Main Mall. Ones we had finished shopping we then went to area post offices so as to find some Holiday stamps so as to put on Christmas cards. What luck, every post office we had gone to were out. We had arrived back at my sisters at 12:20. At 12:30 I was sitting down filling out Christmas cards to mail. At 1:00 I then had a bite to eat with my sister. Ithen brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-4:00. I then got up so as to bathe. My sister did not feel safe with me taking a shower while alone with her since my last fall so the best I could to is fill the sink up with water and go from there. Once I was as clean as I could possibly get, I then ate dinner before pulling up my blog.

Having a blind moment

My Friday morning began at 8:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocao. I then had a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. I had a blind moment this morning so as to bring to visually impaired group on Wednesday. I was spooning out some sugar from the sugar jar so as to put in my cereal, In the process I did not see the milk carton on the table and dumped the sugar all over the table from the spoon that it was in. OOPS! Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 9:11 so as to change the sheets on my bed. At 9:25 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 9:38 I had then filled my empty pill caontainers for the week. I then used my inhaler befo. At 9:55 I then put in my eyes and nose drops before packing my suitcase to go to my sisters for the weekends. At 10:30 Ithen stretched. At 11:00 I had taken a shower thus getting ready for the rest of my day. At 11:30 I had brought my suitcase to the car. At 12:00 I then sat down to watch the news while waiting to leave. At 12:15 I had left the house with my parents. We had made a couple of stops before arriving at my sisters in Scarborough at 2:47. Once inside my parents then left for their Christmas shopping weekend. My sister and I then had odderves with egg nog while watching a Christmas movie. At 3:30 I then typed my blog entry for the day.
