Chanting my name Troyyyyyyyyyy during Yoga group

I began my Tuesday morning at 5:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat some bananna and strawberries while drinking my hot cocoa. Once I had done so, I then had a bowl of hot cereal and toasted english muffin fot breakfast. At 6:00 I then went to my bedroom to brush my teeth. Once I had done so, I then began to do my stretching exercises. Once I had done my weight exercises, I then took my shower, continuing to get ready for my day ahead. I then grabbed my lunch and my bag of goodies, thus going by the door to weight for United to to arrive. I soon found myself on WestSides door step at 8:55, giving myself just enough time to put my lunch in the refrigeratot downstairs and my things in my locker. I then made my way back up to the conference room for Yoga group with Michelle. David, Donald, and I first started off with deep breating exercises, which I am still having a hard time to do. I am unable to take a deep enough breath it is more  shallow then anything. At 9:15 we then used the wii fit. working on strength training. A palm tree was one of the exercises we worked on. We then ended the session with a chant. Breathing in and saying our name troyyyyyyyy, as long as we could. At 10:00 I then went to Finding Meaning Group with Jennifer. Today Doug and I discussed intentions in our life in the areas of physical, mental, emotional well being. At 11:00 I then went to the lobby to sit during my break to read and talk with others who may be sitting out there too. At 11:30 I then went to Sally's office for my Nursing session. Sally first took my blood pressure 126 over 66. Sally then thanked me for the birthday cards my mother and I had sent to her. She had helped my sister so much dealing with medical issues while I was in the hospital. Sally then called Dr. Augers office about my breathing problems. No answere yet, but I will be receiving a call at home. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch before going home at 12:30 with Tina on United. I arrived home at 2:00. Once I was inside I went to my bedroom to lay down immediatly. I had slept until 4:10 before getting up to do my stretching and weight exercises. At 5:00 I then took my shower before going out into the kitchen to eat dinner. One I had finished eating, I then took an air flo reading 520, 470, 490. I then typed out my blog before going to bed.
