Making flight resrvation with Deb for my trip
I began my Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat a bananna sandwhich for breakfast along with my hot cocoa, and a glass of orange juice. Once I had finished eating I then went into my bedroom to brush my teeth and do my leg and arm exercises with weights. At 7:45 I then began to stretch. At 8:10 I then took my shower getting ready to go to WestSide. Once I was ready, I then brought my lunch and duffle bag to the door. I then went back to my bedroom to go on my Ipad to play words with friends while waiting for my ride. My bedroom window overlooks the driveway, which makes it convenient while waiting for my ride. While I was waiting, I also took an air flo reading. 470, 480, 500. United had arrived to pick me up at 9:30. I was soon on my way. Upon my arrivel to WestSide for my 11:00 a.m. P.T. session with Dan. I first had asked Mellissa to let me in. I then went downstairs to put my lunch in the refrigerator in one of the kitchens. I then went to the gym to wait for Dan to start my P.T. session. Dan first took my resting blood pressure 108 over 74. I then used the Nu Step twenty minutes going 1.15 miles burning 84 calories. Dan then took my working blood pressure 108 over 72. At 11:30 Dan strapped the gate belt around my waist and together we went walking outside. Once we had made two trips around the parking lot, we then went back into the gym. Once inside, I rested briefly before going into the parallel bars to do leg raises with ankle weights. At 12:00 I had my support session with Deb. She and I continued to work on the plans for my trip to Tenessee with the National Camps for the Blind. At 12:30 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch. Once I had finished my lunch, I then went upstairs to meet with Piper my casemanager. We touched upon how my theropy is going and how my weekend went. I then went to the lobby to meet the United driver who was taking me home. I arrived home at 2:30. Once inside I went straight to my bedroom to lay down. I had slept for two hours before getting up at 4:30. I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine. Once I had finished riding, I then went to my bedroom to do my weight exercises leg and arm before doing my stretching. At 6:00 I then took my shower before going out to eat my dinner with my mother. My father was in Scarborough visiting my sister. Once I had finished eating I then took an air flo reading. 500, 510, 470. After doing so I then sat down to blog.
