DIFFERENT FACES
I began my Thursday morning at 5:30 a.m. by doing my stretching exercises. At 6:00 I then went into the kitchen to drink my cocoa and to eat my breakfast. At 6:20 I then went back to my bedroom at 6:20 to brush my teeth before doing my weight exercises, both leg and arm. At I then went downstairs to ride for thirty minutes before taking my shower thus getting ready for my day ahead. Upon my arrivel to WestSide I went into speak with Dr. Brian Ablitz. After our discussion I then went to the gym at 11:00 for my P.T. session with Tracie. She first had me on the tredmill. In all I walked .075 miles in 18.20. At 11:30 Tracie then had me in the parallel bars doing balance exercises. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch with Greg and Kay. Once I had eaten my lunch I then went home on United. Upon my arrivel home at 2:50; I took an air flo reading soon as I was inside. 430, 400, 350. I then had a cool refreshing snack before laying down. At 3:00 I lied down to rest. After sleeping two hours, I went into the kitchen to eat fish chowder for dinner. I then went to my bedroom to blog at 6:00 before calling it a day.
