Hamburgers on the grill
I began my Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. by doing my stretching for thirty minutes. I then continued with my weight workout both arm and legs. I then went to the kitchen to eat my breakfast. My mother had dropped egg on toast with sausage. When I had finished eating at 9:00, I then brushed my teeth before riding the swin air dine for thiry minutes. I then took an air flo reading; 500, 420, 420. At 9:30 I took a walk up the driveway. At 10:00 I then went inside to take a shower and to get ready for my day ahead. After taking my shower, I then sat down in my recliner to read the newspaper. At 10:30 I began to feel tired, so I then lied down to rest at 10:30. I was so tired I had slept until 1:45. I then went out into the kitchen to have a bowl of soup for lunch. I then went on facebook to play words with friends. At 2:40 I took an air flo reading; 440, 490, 430. at 3:50 I then went to my bedroom to do my stretching. At 4:20 I then began to do my arm weight exercises. At 5:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat dinner. Hamburger on the grill, potato salad, and corn on the cob, mm mm. Once I had finished eating at 5:30 I then went to my bedroom to do my leg exercises with my ankle weights. At 5:40 I then took an air flo reading; 420, 440, 470. I then sat down at my computer to blog.
