On the Wii balance board during Yoga ggroup

I began my Tuesday morning at 6:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. I had some oatmeal with enlish muffin while drinking my hot cocoa. Once I had finished eating, I then went back to by bedroom to get ready for my day ahead. Once I was completely ready, I then took an air flo reading: 470, "500!!!" 450. I then grabbed my lunch and my duffel bag with my things in it and I was on my way to WestSide. Upon my arrivel for 9:00 a.m. I went to the kitchen to stick my lunch in the refrigerator before going up to the conference room for Yoga Group with Michelle. Once in the conference room Michelle and Carol had Donald, Matt, Dave, and I on the wii fit. We were using the wii balance board. you talk about hard, What we were doing was suppose to improve our balance. I have no balance to improve. It was also testing our posture which I recieved an A+ on. We were then each given out own mat to use to do some yoga on the floor. At 10:00 I then went to finding meaning group. Today Jennifer had Doug and answere questions on life's purpose and how to get support. At 11:00 during my break I went to the dining area to eat a yogurt. After doing so I made my way back up to the lobby to wait for my next theropy at 11:30. During my Nursing session with Sally, she first  to my blood pressure 112 over 72. We then talked about other medical concerns. United then picked me up along with two other patients from WestSide who just happen to be in wheelchairs. I arrived home at 2:15 and went strait to bed, I was so tired. I had slept until 4:45, before getting up to do my leg exercises. I then did my stretching before going out into the kitchen to eat dinner. I then took an air flo reading; "500!!!" 480, 490. Once I had done so I then took my shower before sitting down to blog.
