The Home Stretch

I began my Friday morning, My day from going to WestSide, at 9:15 a.m. Once I was up, I went out into the kitchen to make myself a bananna sandwhich for breakfast. Once I had finished eating and drinking my cocoa, I then made my way back to my bedroom at 9:40 to brush my teeth. before going downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. Once I was finished with my ride, I then made my way to my bedroom to do my weight exercises leg and arm. At 10:50 I then began to do my stretching. I am already getting tired as I write this blog entree. At 11:25 I then took my first air flo reading of the day. 500, 430, 460. At 11:45 I then went to the kitchen to make myself a grilled cheese and tomato sandwhich. Once I had finished eating I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:20 unitl 3:00 before getting up. I was then right back at it. Down stairs I went to ride for thirty minutes. At 3:30 my mother arrived home with a nice mango smoothy for me to drink. The weather today was weired. Humid but damp. At 3:30 I went to my bedroom to begin doing my weight exercises, once again. It took me once again thirty minutes, Not that I am trying to break any records or anything, but there you have it. It was now creeping up on the 4:00 p.m. hour, time to begin mu stretching. Ahhh the home stretch.  4;30 TIME TO HIT THE SHOWER. Once I was out and comfortable I then took another air flo reading. 500,  470, 430. I then sat down to blog at 5:00 before eating dinner.
