FRUSTRATION!!!!!!!!!!

I began my Thursday morning at 6:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. My mother had made me dropped egg on toast, before getting herself ready to go to work. Once I had finished eating, I then went to my bedroom to brush my teeth before starting my morning workout. I first began to do my stretching at 6:30, Thus taking a half an hour before turning over to my arm and leg weight exercises. I did so until 7:15. RRRRR when is this foot of mine ever going to get stronger. I feel that it is the weekest link towards making a full recovery physically. Then there is my breathing, but that is another issue within itself.  I then made my way downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 7:50 I began a load of laundry. While the wash was washing, I took my shower getting ready for my day ahead. At 8:30 I cleaned my bathroom. I then took an air flo reading 500, 480, 460,  before bringing my things down to the door. At 8:45 I then hung the laundry out to dry. I then went in to wash some dish's that were in the sink. I then went to the door to wait for my ride. Upon my arrivel to WestSide for 10:30 a.m. I meet with Dr. Ablitz. We talked about things going on in the week and my frustrations do to the stroke. Upon my arrivel to WestSide I went straight to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. First Dan took my resting blood pressure. 110 over 80. I then went on the Nu Step. I did level 3 for ten minutes but found it to easy so I then did ten minutes on level 4. That was giving those legs a workout. At the end of the workout I had averaged 116 calories and 1.24 miles. Dan then took my working blood pressure: 112 over 80. Once I had finished with P.T. I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch before going home. I arrived home at 2:15. Upon doing so I went to the clothing line to bring in the laundry and put it away. At 3:50 I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine. My parents had arrived home shortly after. At 3:30 I then went to my bedroom to do some stretching. I then did my leg and arm weight exercises before taking my shower. Once I was comfortable I took an air flo reading: 430, 490, 480. I then sat down to blog before eating dinner. What a day!
