WOW! I hit 550 in an air flo reading.

I began my Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. Being my day off from theropy I took advantage of the extra time to catch some zzzzzzz. Once I was up I went out ino the kitchen to eat my breakfast. I had made myself peanutbutter and honey on a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating my breakfast I then washed the dish's, thus picking up the kitchen. At 9:40 I then made my way back into my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and make my bed. At 9:55 I then took my first air flo reading of the day; 550, 490, 510.  I then made my way downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. Once I had finished riding, I stayed downstairs to fold the laundry that had dried on the clothing rack. Once I had put it away, I then went to my bedroom at 11:00 to begin doing my leg exercises. Strengthening my legs has been the most important thing to me ever since I began rehab. " I WILL RUN AGAIN!" I then took another air flo reading at noon before sitting down to watch the news. 520, 470, 480. At 12:30 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 3:10 before getting up to exercise. Stretching and weight exercise. At 3:50 I then called my grandmother to see how her day was going. I then continued to exercise. At 5:00 I took a shower. Once I had done so, I went to the kitchen to eat dinner with my parents. After a bowl of clam chowder, I went to my bedroom to take another air flo reading. 490, 490, 510. I have to say, my lungs are getting stronger, but not strong enough yet. At 6:30 I sat down to blog, before calling it day.
