A Home vIsit With John
My Tuesday morning began at 5:00. A.m. by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 8;20 I then toasted an english muffin before fixing myself a bowl of Cheerios. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth At 5:50 I had washed my dishes before making my bed. At 6:08 I then began to do the stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 6:19 I then before to do my back stretches. Once I was all loosened up, I then wiped down to the kitchen at 6:30 with Clorox wipes getting ready for my home visit with John. At 6:58 I then had shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day, I then put in my eye and nose drops before using my inhaler. I then put heat and ice on my back. I then listened to my audio book until 8:15 before heading to the lobby so as to meet my ride. I had arrived at WestSide Neuro Rheab at 9:30. Upon doing so I had waited in the lobby for thirty minutes. I then went to Tobie’s office for Recreational Therapy. Today we looked up the link to get free images to put in my book. Click saved, purple Ribbon At 11:00 during muring with Sally we had called my mother about my next neurology appointment. Sally then made a chart of my doctors appointment taken from my calendar. Sally then too my bloo pressure. 116 over 62. At 12:00 I then waited in the lobby for Job to do a home visit with Jon. While at my apartment, he had showed me how to use my stove top and my oven. John had mentions to bury a magnetic clock to stick near the microwave. At 2:30 John had left for WestSide. At 2:45 I then went to the village green to eat my lunch. At 3:00 I then watched the beginning of a movie in the village green. I had returned to my apartment. Once I had taken a shower, I then brushed my teeth before pullin up my blog and typing of my day.
