Happy Birthday Dad

My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 6:03 I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a half of a toasted english muffin. At 6:05 I then washed my dishes and picked things up. At 6:20 I then brushed my teeth before shaving. At 6:35 I then made my bed, before starting in with my stroke recovery stretches. At 6:55 I then wiped my dishes and put them away. At 7:00 I then did my back stretches. At 7:08 I then took a shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. I then cleaned and picke up. At 8:15 I had grabbed my knapsack and went to the lobby so as to wait for United Wheelchair to take me to WestSide. Upon my arrival at 8:45 I sat in the lobby waiting to meet with Priyadarshi. We spoke about things that happened over the week, I then went to Tobie’s Office for my Recreational therapy session with her student Mathew. Today he helped me change the pictures in my book. He then had me write down steps so that I could do it myself. At 11:00 I had gone to Sallys office for my nursing session. She first took my blood pressure 114 over 64. Then my pulse 57. She then took my to sat 98%. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby so as to catch my ride. Upon my arrival to Schooner Estates at 12:10, I had gone into the village green to eat my lunch. I then returned to my apartment at 1:00 so as to brush my teeth. AT 1:15 I then met John in the lobby of Schooner Estates. During todays home visit he first had me wash my new pans. He then had me make a grilled cheese. John then had me fill the pot with water so as to boil two eggs. At 2:00 We then took a ride to K-Mart so as to but a timer. At 3:50 we then arrived back to my apartment. Once John had left, I then went to the lobby so as to catch my ride from schooner transportation to go to hanaford to pick up my medication, and some groceries. Upon my arrival back to schooner, I had at 4:30 I had unpacked my groceries. At 4:45 I then took a shower before making myself  a salad At 5:23 I then ate my salad. I then washed my dishes and picked up the kitchen. I then called my father and wished him a happy birthday. Before pulling up my blog and typing of my day.
