Talk about self publishing with Tobie during recreational therapy

My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. I then warmed myself up some hot cocoa before starting in on my stretches that have helped me each morning since having my most resent strok. At 5:25 I then began to do my back stretches. Once I was loosened up, I then made my way to the fitness room. I first cycled for twenty minutes. At 6:08 I then grabbed some hand weights and did some of the exercises I do in my apartment. At 6:10 I then made my way back to my apartment so as to finish drinking my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. At 6:20 I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal to go with my half toasted english muffin. At 6:30 I then washed my dishes and picked up the kitchen. At 6:40 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 7:00 I then took my shower and continued to get ready for the day ahead. At 7:18 I then put a heat pack on my back followed by an ice pack, ten minutes each. At 7:35 I then put in my eye and nose drops before using my inhaler. I then listened to my audio book for fifteen minutes before going to the lobby to wait for my ride at 8:00. At 8:30 Buzzy from United Wheelchair pulled up outside to take me to WestSide. We had arrived at 8:50. I waited in the lobby until 9:15 before meeting with Priyadarshi to unload anything I had on my mind over the past week. At 10:00 I then went to Tobie’s office for my recreational therapy session. Today we talked about self publishing of my book and the steps I need to take. We then made a post in S.P.S.G. Self Publishing Support Group. In doing so, I asked a question in regards to self publishing. We then spoke about using Safire. At 11:00 I then went to the nurses station to meet with Sally. We first went over my medications before calling my pharmacy to see if all my scripts are in Auburn. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to catch my ride. Cheryl brought me arriving at 12:10. Once I was in my apartment to my knapsack down before making my way to the village green tp eat my dinner. At 12:55 I then returned to my apartment. Once I had brushed my teeth, I sat down to wait for Tim Small my case manager for the devision of the blind. He was coming to chat on my progress with the devision. As I was waiting I had received a call from his office letting me know that he was caught in traffic and would have to reschedule. I then lied down to rest and slept until 5:30. I then received a call from my father letting me know my sister would be picking me up on her way through Saturday to go visit our parents. Once we had finished talking, I then made myself a salad. At 6:00 I then took a shower. Once I was comfortable for the night, I then ate my salad. At 6:25 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. At 6:30 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
