Harvest Fest Cookout. At lunch

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal and a slice of toasted pumpkin bread to go with some fruit, my cup of hot cocoa, and my glass of orange juice. At 5:50 I then brushed my teeth before washing my dishes and picking up the kitchen. At 6:00 I then began to do the stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. I then did my back stretches before making my way to the fitness room to do a twenty minute cycles ride. I then worked my upper before returning to my apartment. At 7:00 I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I put heat and ice on my back before grabbing my knapsack and going to the lobby. Upon my arrival to we from a United Wheelchair drivers who’s wife is a volunteer at Schooner Estates. Upon my arrival at 8:55, I sat in the lobby waiting for my first therapy. I then when to Nancy’s office for visually impaired group. Today I spoke to Nancy about my appointment with Tim while waiting for the other client to arrive. Nancy and I went on indeed.com to look up possible job opportunities to mention to Tim my case manger from the devision of the blind that I would like to do. Data Entry, and a possible job at the ymca. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Steven, we had played two games of chess, each winning a game. At 11:00 I then went to Priyadarshi’s office for mindfulness and meditation. After checking in letting others in the group on we used the mindfulness during the week. We then did a practice with Priyadarshi. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair who would be taking me back to Schooner Estates. Upon my arrival, I had put my knapsack in my apartment before going to the village green for the Harvest Fest Cookout Schooner Estates was having today. Once I had finished eating with others, I then went back to my apartment so as to brush my teeth. I then lied down to sleep from 1:45-5:30. I then had taken a shower before receiving a call from my father. I then pulled up my blog at 5:50 and began to type.
