Using the warm pack for my eyes for the first time.
My Friday morning Began at 7:30, I had gone into the kitchen so as to make myself a cup of hot cocoa to go along with my plate of fruit. At 8:11 I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with pumpkin bread. I then picked up the kitchen, I had taken a knew pill My new eye doctor gave me for dry eye. At 8:30 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 8:50 I then started in with my stroke stretches. At 9:02 I then began to do my back stretches. At 9:15 I then did some reading before taking a shower. At 10:00 I then put a heat pack on my back for ten minutes, while putting a warm pack on my eyes with my eyes closed instructed to be done daily by my eye doctor. At 10:15 I then put an ice pack on my back. At 10:35 I then watched net Flicks. At 11:00 I then put in my eye drops before taking in some air. Once my mother had arrived home from work, she had taken me over to Franklin Memorial Hospital so as to have my blood drawn before setting up an appointment with my neurologist. We had arrived at Drug stre at 12:20 so as to pick up a script before arriving at the hospital at 12:25 so that I could have my blood drawn. At 12:55 we had left the hospital. At 1:04 we had stopped at the grocery store to pick up a few things. We had left the store at 1:15, arriving home ten minutes later. Once the car was unpacked, I then went to my bedroom to copy notes into one of the new pads I had bought and through away the paper I was keeping them on. Once I had put on something comfortable, I then ate my lunch. At 2:20 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from2:25-5:00 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then ate dinner with my parents. I then went back to my bedroom at 5:42 so as to blog of my day.
