A restful day a home
My Friday morning began at 48:50 a.m. by going going out into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a toasted muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and shave. At 9:45 I then made my bed. At 9:54 I then I then began to do my stretches that have been helping me loosen up every morning since having my last stroke. At 10:10 I then began to do my back stretches. At 10:20 I then had taken a shower, getting ready for the rest of my day. At 10:43 I then put a heat pack on my back for ten minutes followed by an ice pack for ten minutes. At 11:13 I then put my eye and nose drops in. Once I had used my inhaler, I had called my grandmother to talk briefly before making my move in words with friends. At 12:45 my mother had arrived home from work. Once I had helped her with groceries from the car, I then made myself a sandwich, while my mother had made me some kale chips to go with my sandwich. At 1:15 I then sat down to eat. At 1:40 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:45-4:45 before waking. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat dinner with my parents. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to take a shower before pulling up my blog so as to type of my day.
