Writing an ad to post in the WestSide journeel

My Monday morning began at 6:00 a.m. Once I had drank my hot cocoa and eaten some fruit, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth And shaved at 6:40 before making my bed. At 6:58 I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my most recent stroke. At 7:11 I then began to do my back stretches. At 7;23 I then washed my dishes before taking my shower. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops. AT 7:55 I then used my inhaler before sitting down to fill my empty pill containers. I then order some medication that I needed and asked about this years flue shot. I was then told the pharmacist is in daily from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. At 8:00 I then went to the lobby to wait for my ride. At 8:30 my ride arrived. Upon my arrival while sitting in the lobby I spoke to John about getting a timer during our home visit this week. John then asked me if I had something that I wanted to cook this week. I let him know, I would think about it. At 9:00 I then went to the conference room for newsletter group. Today I typed up and sent to Jessica an ad to post in the westside story, Looking for artist to draw a picture for the cover of my book and maybe more.  I then emailed Jesica my article that I wrote on Grandparents Day. I then started to work on my article on fall prevention awareness day. At 8:00 I had started in the conference room for seated yoga group. While seated we worked followed a video learning different moves with Marie. At 11:00 during genealogy group, Jessica continued helping us look up our ancestors. At 12:00 I then to the lobby so as to meet Annie from United Wheelchair who would be taking me back to Schooner Estates. I had arrived at the village green where Annie had dropped me off at 12:15. I then sat down to eat. Once I had finished eating, I then went back to my apartment. At 1:00 I had brushed my teeth before going to let Mark know that I would not be able to go on Wednesdays outing. Westside had scheduled me to go in. I then returned To my apartment. I then called Sue the receptionist so as to set transportation for tomorrow so that I can get a flue shot and pick up some medication. I then spoke to a friend who had called until 1:55. At 2:00 I then lied down to rest. And slept until 4:50. My mother then called. We spoke until 5:05. I then made myself a salad. Once I had finished eating it, I had taken a shower. I then had a bowl of cereal before washing my dishes. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
