Friday The Thirteenth

My Friday morning began at 7:00 a.m. by getting up and eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I had toasted myself an english muffin to go along with my bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating, I then picked up my kitchen. At 7:30 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had used my inhaler, I then called the pharmacy at 7:55, so as to Check on my medication to see if it was ready for me to pick up. It was. At 8:00 I then went back to bed for thirty minutes, but could not get back to sleep. So I had put my feet back on the floor at 8:25. Once my bed was made, I then began to do the stretches that have helped me each morning since have my last stroke. At 8:37 I then began to do my back stretches. At 5:56 I then walked over to the fitness room to do some cycling. I did so for thirty minutes before working my upper body. At 9:40 I then made my way back to my apartment. Once I had taken a shower, I then put heat and ice on my back. At 10:30 I then went to the front desk to ask the Sue the receptionist if they could go to my pharmacy ad pick up my medication. I then returned to my apartment at 10:47 so as to listen to my audio book. At 11:46 I then made my way to the village green so that I could lunch. Once I had finished eating, I was soon back to my apartment at 12:50. Once I had brushed my teeth, I lied down. I had slept from 1:00-3:40 before waking. Just as I was doing so, the front desk called, letting me know that a P.C. Would be bringing me my medication that was picked up for me today later on this evening. At 3:50 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day before making myself a salad and settling in for the night.
