Yearly eye exam
My Thursday morning began at 4:15 a.m. by eating some. Fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then made myself a banana sandwich with peanut butter. At 4:40 I then washed my dishes and picked up the kitchen. At 5:00 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 5:19 I then made my bed. At 5:30 I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 5:42 I then began to do my back stretches. AT 6:00 I made my way to the fitness room at 6:00 Once I had cycled for twenty minutes, I then held a calf stretche for on the incline board. At 6:30 I then used the chess press. After three sets of twenty reps, I the used the seven pound dumbbells to do some weight exercises. A t6:35 I was then back into my apartment taking my shower. At 7:00 I then packed my things to go to my parents for the weekend. At 7:50 I then listened to my audio book. At 8:00 my parents had arrived. I then grabbed my things and we drove over to optometric associates for an annual eye exam. My parents had seen a regular eye doctor, while I on the other hand see on who specializes in brain injury’s. That is how I lost my sight from a cerebral Helmer age, or otherwise known as an A. V. Malfunction to brain. We had arrived at 8:30. Once we had filled out the paper work we then were seen. They first went over my medications. I then had to read an eye chart. She then took my blood pressure. I then saw and number of people for testing before seeing the doctor. I then had my eyes examined. My parents and I then checked out before leaving at 12:30. We had stopped off at an apple orchard on the way. We had arrived home at 1:35. Once the car was unpacked. I eaten my lunch at 2:07. At 2:27 I then went to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:27-5:15. Once I had taken a shower before eating dinner. I then returned to my bedroom and pulled up my blog and started to type of my day.
