A Quiet Day
My Friday morning began at 6:00 a.m. Once I had taken my morning medication, I then filled my empty pill containers for the week. At 6:45 I then fixed myself breakfast then sat down to eat. Once I had finished eating, I then picked my kitchen up. At 6:56 I then brushed my teeth. After doing so, I then put in my nose drop and eye drops before using my inhaler. At 7:05, I then went back to bed, so as to try to get back to sleep. I could not, so I put my feet back on the floor at 8:00 and started in with my stretches that I have been doing since having my most recent stroke. At 8:15 I then started in with my back stretches. Once I was all loosened up, I then made my wash to the fitness room so as to cycle for twenty minutes. I then used held a calf stretch for three minutes. At 9:10 I then used the chest press. I then grabbed some free weights and continued to work my upper body. At 9:15 I then returned to my apartment at 9:30 so as to take a shower. Once I was ready, I then put heat and ice on my back. I then continued to get ready. At 10:17 I then made out a grocery list. At 12:00 I then went to the village green to eat my lunch. While I was in the cafe waiting for my lunch, My friend Mark who works at Schooner, came up to me and said, “I almost had you a lobster bake do to a no show, but she finally showed up. At 2:54 I had returned to my apartment at 12:54. As I was entering inside my apartment my parents had called who were on there way to visit my sister. At 1:10 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:15-5:00. Once I had taken a shower, I then made myself a salad. At 5:30 I then sat down to eat. Once I had finished eating my salad, I then made myself some dinner, I then sat down to eat. Once I had finished eating, I then picked up the kitchen. At 6:10 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
