Going to hanaford to pick up some new medications during my nursing session with Sally.

My Tuesday morning began at 4:30 a.m. by making my bed. I then made myself a cup co hot cocoa before starting in with my stretches that have been helping me each morning since having my last stroke. At 4:50 I then worked my upper body my down my weight exercises. At 4:55 I then began to do my back stretches. At 5:10 I then walk down to the fitness room so as to continue my morning workout. Once I had cycled for twenty minutes, I then made my way over to the incline board so as to stretch my calves. I then continued to do some weight exercises working my upper body. At 5:45 I then returned to my apartment. Once inside, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal a toasted english muffin and some fruit in my cereal, blueberries and raspberry’s. At 6:00 I then sat down to eat. At 6:10 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. At 6:17 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead at 6:45 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 7:00 I had continued getting ready before talking to my father at 7:20 on the phone. I then went outside to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. At 8:15 Buzzy had pulled in the United  Wheelchair Van to take me to WestSide Neurorehabilitation services. Upon my arrival for 9:00 a.m. I had sat in the lobby for an hour waiting for my first therapy. At 10:00 Tobie was out, so Emma filled in. We were not quite sure what to do, so we joined Tai Chi Group. Once I had finished doing some exercise, I then went to nurse Sally’s office. Today we first called Hanaford so as to order some medication. We then went to Hanaford to pick it up. Sally was then letting me know that the balloon festival was starting this Friday for three days. I then spoke to sally about the seizures that I had been experiencing. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby so as to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me home. I had arrived Schooner Estates at 12:15. I had gone strait to the Village Green so as to eat in the grass rail cafe. It is nice because I eat there with only one other person. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my apartment at 1:05. Once I had brushed my teeth, I then found myself laying down at 1:10. I had slept until 3:50 before waking. I then spoke to a friend until 4:20 before making myself a salad with chicken. At 4:30 I then sat down to eat. At 4:50 I then washed my dishes and picked up. At 5:00 I then took a shower. Once I was comfortable, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
