Spending the day with my father
My Sunday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by fixing myself a bowl of cereal to go along with my English English muffin and fruit. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth before washing my dishes and picking up my kitchen. At 8:51 I then began to do my back stretches. Once I had finished my stretches that I have been doing since having my las stroke, I then worked my upper body. At 9:30 I then shaved before taking my shower. At 9:45 I then put in my eye and nose drops before using my inhaler. At 9:50 I then used some heat and ice on my back ten minutes each. At 10:20 I then brought my laundry to the laundry room so as to start a wash. At 10:40 my father had arrived. Once I had my grocery list organized, at 10:55 we left for hanaford. We had arrived at 11:06. Once I had my grocery shopping done, I then went to the pharmacy so as to pick up my medication. At 12:06 we had left hanaford. Upon our back to Schooner Estates, I put my grocery’s away once they were in my apartment. At 12:52 we then went back to the new walking trails down to the street from where I live. We had walked from 12:54-1:30 before getting back to my father truck. We then went out to eat lunch at Ruby Tuesdays. We had arrived at the restaurant at 1:30. Once we place our order, we waited for our meal. Once we had finished eating, we had left the restaurant at 2:30. Upon my arrival to Schooner, I had tended to my laundry. Once it was put away, I had spoke to my mother on the phone. I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 3:12-5:15. I then took a shower before pulling up my blog and typing of my day.
