My Wednesday morning began at 4:00 a.m. by making myself a cup of hot cocoa. Once I had then make my bed, I then took my dirty laundry to the laundry room so as to start a load of wash. At 4:24 I had begun to do my stretches that I had learned after having my most recent stroke. At 4:40 I then worked my upper body by doing my weight exercises. At 4:44 I then began to do my back stretches. Once I was loosened up, I then made my way to the fitness room. Once I had cycled for twenty minutes, I then I then put my laundry in the dryer. I then returned to the fitness room to continue working out. I first used the chest, doing three sets of twenty. I then used the incline board, so as to stretches my calves. At 5:40 I then did some exercises using the straight weight bars. At 5:43 I had returned to my apartment. Once inside, I had made myself an eggcup to go with my half english muffin. At 6:00 I then sat down to eat. At 6:05 I then washed my dishes, thus picking up the kitchen. At 6:10 I had brushed my teeth and shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready fro the day, At 7:00 I then put a hear pack on my back for ten minutes followed by an ice pack for ten minutes. At 7:30 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking ing some air. At 7:35 I had gone to get my laundry from the dryer. So as to bring to my apartment to fold and put away. At 8:00 I then grabbed my things and went outside to sit and wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had sat in the lobby. During my rehab session with Jamie at 10:00, she and I had gone to Wal-Mart so as to get minutes put on my phone. Once we had done so, we then returned to westside to play a game of mancola to end the session. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby so as to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me back to Schooner Estates. At 12:15 I then made my way to the village green, so as to eat in the Brass Rail Cafe. Today was one of our cook out days at Schooner Estates. During this cookout they were serving sea food. I had muscles, king crab legs, shrimp, and three different types of salad. At 1:50 I had returned to my apartment Once I had brushed my teeth, I then laid down to rest and slept from 2:00-4:30. As I was waking my parents had called. We spoke briefly, I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
