Taking it easy
My Sunday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by going into my kitchen so as to make a cup of hot cocoa to go with my fruit. Once I had finished eating my fruit, I then toasted the piece of brown bread to go with the beans that I was starved hear at Schooner and was not here to eat. At 5:45 I then picked up the kitchen. Once the dishes were washed and put away, I then made my bed. At 6:00 I then began to do my stroke recovery stretches. Once I was loosened up, I then brushed my teeth at 6:24. I then shaved before starting in my weight exercises, thus working my upper body. At 6:42 I then began to do my back stretches. At 7:00 I then made my way to the fitness room. At 7:10 I then began to cycle and did so for twenty minutes. Ate 7:30 I then used the chess press before taking a walk to the village green before returning to my apartment at 7:55. Once I had taken a shower, At 8:20 I then took my laundry to the laundry room so as to start a wash at 8:23. I had returned to my apartment at 8:25. I had past the time by talking to a friend who had called. At 9:00 I then returned to the laundry room so as to put my laundry in the dryer. At 9:15 I then returned to my apartment. I then pulled up words with friends, so as to make my move while waiting for my laundry to dry. At 10:15 I then returned to the laundry room to get my laundry to bring back to my apartment. Once it was folded and put away, at 10:38 I lied down to rest before going to eat lunch at 11:40. At 12:35. I then returned to my apartment. Once I had brushed my teeth, I then lied down to rest.
