At 7:40 I then took my Laundry to the laundry room, so as to start a wash. At 7:45 I then had returned to my apartment so as to do my stretches that have helped me each morning since having my last stroke. At 7:50 I then began to work my upper body by doing my weight exercises, thus working my upper body. At 8:00 I then began to do my back stretches. At 8:20 I then made my way to the fitness room. I first did the chest press. After doing three sets of twenty, presses, I then used the incline board so as to stretch my calves.
