spending my day exercising and resting
My Saturday morning began at 9:00 a.m. I had made my cup of hot chocolate to ge with the fruit I was about to eat. I then made myself a bowl of hot cereal to go with a half toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then picked up the kitchen, thus washing my dishes and putting them away. I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 9:54 I then began to do the stretches that have helped me loosen up every morning since having my last stroke. At 10:10 I then began to do my weight exercises so as to work my upper body. At 10:15 I then began to do my back stretches. At 10:25 I then had a snack. I then brushed my teeth before taking a shower. At 10:57 I then put ten minutes of heat on my back then ten minutes of ice. At 11:20 I had watched a movie before heading down to the village green at 12:00 to eat my lunch. While down there, I had felt sick to my stomach feeling as though I would vomit. It felt like symptoms of when I feel a seizure coming on. I then had a headache, weird. Once I had finished eating, I had brought the tuna sandwich back to my apartment to eat this evening. I had returned to my apartment at 1:08. Once I had brushed my teeth, I then laid down to rest. I had slept until 3:15. I then watched a movie. At 4:30 I then went to the fitness room. Upon arrival, I had cycled for twenty. Minutes. At 5:00 I then used the incline board, holding the stretch for five minutes, so as to stretch my calves. At 8:05 I then grabbed the ten pound bar so as to do some exercises. I then used the chest press doing to sets of twenty. Before returning to my apartment. Once I had eaten the tuna fish sandwich I had brought back from lunch, I then brushed my teeth. I then took a shower before pulling up my blog. I then called it a day.
