Making plans for tomorrow with my father.

My Saturday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then made myself a cup of hot cocoa to drink while I made myself an eggcup with a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, at 6:05 I then washed my dishes and picked up the  kitchen. At 6:10 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before sitting down at 6:30 so as to fill my empty pill containers. I then called the pharmacy so as to fill a script. At 7:00 I was reeling a little tired, so I lied down to rest. I had slept from 7:00-9:50 before waking. Once I had made my bed, at 9:57 I then began to do the stretches that I have been doing since having my last stoke. At 10:15 I then grabbed my weights and began to do my weight exercises. At 10:20 I then started in with my back stretches. At 10:37 I then made my way to the gym down the hallway from my apartment. I first cycled for twenty minutes before using the incline board so as to stretch my calves.At 11:08 I then used the chest press so as to work my upper body some more. After three sets of twenty, I then grabbed the ten pound bar and did various exercises with it. At 11:11 I had returned to my apartment. Once I had eaten a protein bar to hold me over before going to lunch, I then then brushed my teeth and took a shower. AT 11:35 I then put in my eye and nose drops. Once I used my inhaler I had watched part of a movie before going to the village green to eat lunch. I had returned to my apartment at 1:04, I had brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:15-3:50. I then watched Sunday Mass online. At 4:30 I then took a shower before putting a heat pack and ice pack on my back, ten minutes each. I then spoke to my father about our plans for the weekend. He will be coming down tomorrow to spend the night. Once off the phone, I called to cancel my meal for tomorrow. He had let me know to eat a good breakfast and we will go out for a late lunch or early dinner. He also mentions not to exercises to much, so that I have enough energy to go walking on the trails down the road from Schooner Estates owned and maintained by the Y M C A of Lewiston/Auburn. At 5:40 I then had eaten a salad before washing my dishes. At 6:10, I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
