Trying to enjoy some music
My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do my stretches that have been helping each morning since having my last stroke. I then worked my upper body before turning to my back exercises at 6:15. At 6:28 I then shaved before fixing myself some breakfast. Once I had finished eating my bowl of cereal, fruit, and piece of toast, I then picked my kitchen up. At 6:55 I then brushed my teeth before taking my shower. Once I was ready fro the day ahead, I had put a heat pack on my back for ten minutes followed by and ice pack for ten minutes. I then put in my eye and nose drops, before using my inhaler. I then went outside to catch my ride. Upon my arrival to WestSide I had made my way to Nancy’s office for visually impaired group. Today we talked about online shopping. What you do is you place your order in the store of your choosing, and they gather the items you purchase online and they put it in locker for you. You then go there to pick it up. At 10:00 during my rehab session with carina we had written out direction on how to put pictures in my blog. At 11:00 I then went to Priyadarshi’s office for mindfulness group. Today I focused on my breathing slowly through my nose and exhaling a little faster through my mouth. At 12:00 during my case management session with Steven we spoke about how things are going with the devision of the blind. At 12:30 I then left to go back to Schooner Estates. Upon my arrival back to my apartment, I had gone strait to the dining area to eat my lunch. At 1:00 I then returned to my apartment so as to take a shower and get ready to go to a doctors appointment. I then went down stairs to have Nancy from Schooner transportation bring me to my chiropractic appointment. Upon my arrival at 2:20 I sat in the doctors office waiting to be seen. At 3:00 Dr. McLean to me in. Once he had made a couple of adjustments, I was on my way. Nancy then took me back to Schooner Estates. I had arrived at 3:22. I hen rested briefly before receiving a call from a friend. We spoke briefly. I then made myself a salad to eat. Once I had finished eating, I had brushed my teeth. Gezel then came up to get me to take me to the Auburn Community Band on the front lawn of schooner. As they were warming up getting ready to play, the noise was already getting to me, so I then went back to my apartment so as to finish my blog.
