Case management

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. Once I was loosened up, I then grabbed my weights so as to work my upper body. At 6:10 I then preceded to shave before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day. At 6:30 I then went into the kitchen so as to have some fruit with fruit dip. I then had a bowl of cherios with a toasted bagel. Once I had finished eating I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eyes and nose drops.  I then took in some air before sitting down to read while wearing my splint. United Wheelchair finally arrived to bring me to WestSide. Upon my arrival at 9:00 a.m. I had gone to the conference room for visually impaired group. Today with Nancy we had talked about our week. We then also spoke about the blind square app. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Michelle, we had worked on my book After doing so she and I went to the conference room for Brian Injury Education Group. We continued to talk about the presentation our group will we doing at Mountain Valley Middle School. We will be doing two afternoon sessions both one hour a piece. At 12:00 I then Met with Steven for case management before going home. Upon my arrival home, I had eaten my lunch. At 1:45 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest at 2:00. I had slept until 4:30 before taking a shower. I then went into the kitchen so as to dinner before typing my blog entry.
