My last P.T. Session
My Friday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by putting on my splint. I then wet back to sleep until 7:40. Once my feet were on the floor, I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocao. At 8:00 I then toasted myself half a bagel to go along with my bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating, I had picked up the kitchen. I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 8:26 I had gone back into the kitchen so as to wash some dish’s and finish picking up. At 8:33 I then returned to my bedroom so as to make my bed. At 8:35 I then began to stretch. Once I had completed doing my stroke stretch’s I then focused on my back stretch’s. At 9:22 Ithen grabbed my weights and began to work my upper body. At 9:30 I then cycled for fifteen minutes before calling the pharmacy so as to order my inhaler. At 10:00 Ihad called Katlyn from the visually impaired so as to get reconnected. She had mentioned Judy and Vicky two people who I have worked with in the past. As we were talking, Judy was calling her. At 10:30 I then sat down to read. At 11:20 I had emptied the dishwasher thus putting the dish’s away. At 11:35 I then shaved before taking a shower. At 12:20 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat my lunch. At 12:50 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. At 1:30 April from United Wheelchair had picked me. Up to bring me to what was to be my last P.T. Appointment. Upon my arrival John had me cycling for ten minutes. We then went through my exercises routine. Being my last day he wanted to make sure I knew what I was doing. My mother had picked me up today. It was a good thing so that I could have someone with a memory there listening. At 3:18 I then went to hanaford so as to bring up my night time inhaler. We had arrived home at 3:30. I then took a shower before eating. Ithen went to my bedroom at 5:15 so as to pull up my blog.
