Working in the parallel bars during P.T.

My Friday morning began at 6:45 a.m. by putting on my splint. I then lay in bed until 8:00 before taking it off. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocao. After doing so, I then toasted myself half of a bagel to go with my bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating, I then picked up the kitchen before returning to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then made my bed before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then took in some air. At 9:00 I had sat down to fill my empty pill containers for the week ahead. At 9:20 I then began to stretch. Once I had finished with my stroke stretch’s, I then started in stretching my back. At 9:58 I had grabbed my weights and began my weight workout. At 10:10 I then began to read. Once I had read a chapter, I then looked for pictures to go into my book. At 10:40 I then scheduled transportation to go to my P.T. Appointments. At 11:25 I then layed down to rest. I did so until 1:00. I then took a shower, thus getting ready for go to P.T. At 1:20 I then made my way into the kitchen so as to have a bite to eat. Once I had done so, I had brushed my teeth before meeting my ride outside. United Wheelchiar had taken me to my P.T. Appointment over at Franklin Health Commons. I had arrived there at 2:00. John first had me cycling for ten minutes. John then had had me in the parallel bars working on balance. He first had me standing on a pillow. He then had me standing in a staggered stance, off the pillow. At 3:25 Unite Wheelchair had taken me home. Dan had me home at 3:45. Once inside, I had taken a shower before eating my dinner. I then returned to my bedroom at 4:50 so as to blog.
