Writing an artical on Mt. St. Helen

My Monday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. I had started with my stoke stretch’s. I then preceded with my back stretch’s. Once I was loosened up, I then started in with my weight exercises. At 6:15 I had then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day, I then went into the kitchen at 6:40 so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. After a bowl of cereal and half a bagel, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. Once I had my eye and nose drops in, I then took in some air. At 7:00 I then put on splint before sitting down to read my book. At 7:30 I then took off my splint. I then grabbed my knapsack and met United Wheelchair in the driveway. Upon my arrival to WestSide I had made my way to the conference room for Newspaper Group. Today during group we had to research events that had happened during this month. After doing some research on line, I had found information on a volcano that has been actively erupting from 2004-2008. Mt. Saint Helen is that volcano. After a relatively quiet 2007, it began to actively erupt once again. At 11:00 during Bullet Journel Group, I began to create a new page in my journal. At 12:00 I then met my United Wheelchair driver in the lobby. I had arrived home at 1:09. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then lay down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-4:30 before waking. I got up to put some clean laundry away before taking a shower. At 5:00 I then had eaten my dinner before returned to my bedroom so as to type in today’s blog entry.
